Thea is the CEO and Co-Founder of Diwala – is a digital platform to help people verify their skills with blockchain technology.
She has a Masters from the Creative Business school Hyper Island in Digital Media Management. At the age of 18, she started working and studying abroad, primarily in the international development, aid & health sectors. 7 years and 8 countries later she ventured into addressing challenges with technology, as she wanted to design scalable and sustainable solutions with human impact.
Thea did her Masters degree focusing on the Innovation Opportunity for Blockchain Technology in 2016, and gathered a team for the UN Women Hackathon event in May 2017. Here, the Diwala concept was born.
